This CASI Construction Academy Workshop will provide some new and additional insights into the project management approaches, human behaviour, interdependencies, and relationships that facilitate successful projects. Whilst project focus is often ideally to improve quality, volumes and reduction of costs, they are normally driven by ongoing improvement, fluctuating pricing, competition, capacity and capability issues, and ongoing change.
